Moist Poppy Seed Cake without flour - gluten free!
Grease and flour a 20 cm spring form.
Beat butter, sugar and egg yolk until fluffy. (about 5 min.)
Whisk egg whites till stiff.
Fold poppy seeds and egg white foam in butter mixture.
Fill in prepared spring form.
Bake in preheated oven at 180° C for about 60 minutes. (Until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.)
Let to cool for 10 minutes in the form and then remove it.
When cold sprinkel with powdered sugar.
