Banana Walnut Cookies
These cookies are ideal to use a ripe banana. They taste really delicious, also for children.
Not only at Christmas time.

The walnuts can also be replaced by other nuts, such as pistachios, peanuts, hazelnuts or almonds.

- 150 g softened butter
- 70 g brown sugar
- 70 g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- a good pinch of salt

- 200 g flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 200 g semi-bitter chocolate chopped
- 50 g walnuts chopped

-
Smash banana with a fork. Add banana and egg to butter-mixture.
-

Enjoy baking!
