Coconut Chocolate Biscuits
Crispy biscuits with coconut and chocolate! These have been on our biscuit plate for a few years now! Our children also like to bake these coconut chocolate biscuits.

- 50 g dark chocolate
- 250 g flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 50 g desiccated coconut
- 70 g brown sugar
- 70 g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 egg
- 125 g butter
- 1 pinch salt
- some milk
- 50 g dark chocolate
- desiccated coconut to sprinkle

Chop chocolate.

Sieve flour, add butter in pieces and mix. Add rest of ingredients and knead to a dough. (if too dry, add a little milk)

Wrap in a transparent film and cool in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Roll out on a floured surface and cut out in stars forms (for example). Put on a baking tray (with backing paper) and brush with milk.

Bake in preheated oven at 180° C for 14 minutes.

Line melted chocolate over biscuits and sprinkle with desiccated coconut.
