Cut garlic and thyme fine. Roast in butter (light color). Leave to cool.
Add buttermilk and mix.
Mix flour, bicarbonate of soda, salt, pepper and cheese.
Add Butter-mixture to flour and knead to a dough.
Place in fridge for 1 hour.
Roll out on a floured surface (1 cm thick). Cut out round shapes and place on baking tray. Brush with milk
Bake in preheated oven at 200° C for 15 minutes.
