Chop chocolate.
Sieve flour, add butter in pieces and mix. Add rest of ingredients and knead to a dough. (if too dry, add a little milk)
Wrap in a transparent film and cool in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Roll out on a floured surface and cut out in stars forms (for example). Put on a baking tray (with backing paper) and brush with milk.
Bake in preheated oven at 180° C for 14 minutes.
Line melted chocolate over biscuits and sprinkle with desiccated coconut.
