Mix plain flour with corn flour and sieve.
Add softened butter and knead to a dough.
Roll out (5 mm thick) on a well floured surface.
Cut out circle or heart forms. Place carefully on baking tray with baking sheet.
Bake in preheated ofen at 160 C for 20 minutes. (light in colour)
Leave to cool.
Stick two biscuits together, using some jam, Nutella or melted chocolate.
For the glaze mix powdered sugar, hot water and food coloring. (If consistency too fluid add powdered sugar, if to firm add some drops of water.)
Spread glaze on biscuits using a spoon or a piping bag (or freezer bag).
Decorate according to taste.
