Melt chocolate and butter au bain marée . Leave to cool.
Line baking form (20x30cm) with baking paper.
Mix flour, cocoa powder, salt and cloves powder.
Quarter pears, remove core (peel if you like) and cut pears in pieces.
Whisk eggs and sugar for some minutes.
Add chocolate-butter and mix.
Fold in flour, mix.
Add pear pieces and mix, pour in prepared form.
Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
