Knead all ingredients for the yeast dough into a smooth dough. About 8 minutes.
Cover and leave to rise at room temperature for 1 hour.
Grease and flour a loaf tin (30cm x 11cm).
Melt the butter for the filling.
Fine chop the wild garlic and stir into the butter.
Roll out the dough into a rectangle on a floured work surface.
Spread the wild garlic butter on top.
Crumble the feta over the top.
Roll up the dough into a roll.
Cut the roll lengthwise.
Turn the cut strands into each other so that the cut surfaces face upwards.
Place the plait in the loaf pan.
Cover and leave to rise for another hour.
Bake in the preheated oven at 180° C for about 35 minutes.
