Grate marzipan and whisk with butter.
Add icing sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and egg white (liquid) and mix. Last add flour and mix.
Fill in a piping bag with a star nozzle. Pipe beetles on a backing tray (with backing paper). Let to cool it for some minutes before baking.
Bake in preheated oven at 180° C for 10 minutes.
Order the biscuits (2) by size, put jam in between. (Or nougat, or nutella)
Dip one end "the head" in melted chocolate. Now it looks like a beetle :-)
