Whisk softened butter, white and brown sugar, salt and vanilla until light and creamy.
Mix in eggs one by one.
Mix the dry ingredients and stir in the mixture.
Scoop balls with an ice scooper or a spoon and place with some distance in between on baking tray with baking paper.
Bake in preheated oven at 180° C for about 10 to 13 minutes.
Leave to cool on baking tray.
To store put in an airtight container.
