Rum Cut Cookies
These Rum Cut Cookies are a good change on the cookie plate. They are soft, nutty and of course with a dash of rum. Perfect to a good cup of tea.
Compared to the classic biscuits, where you have to cut out or shape the dough, you simply spread the dough on a tray, bake, glaze over and cut into squares. Done! You quickly have a whole load of “cookies” or squares.
