These chocolate coconut macaroons are probably the fastest cookies I have ever baked. 🙂
And they are really soft and tasty.
I formed them using an ice cream scoop (small to medium size), it went really quickly. It would also work with two spoons.

Quick Chocolate Coconut Macaroons
Zutaten
- 1 tin sweetened condensmilk (397g)
- 200 g coconut flakes
- 40 g cocoa powder
Anleitungen

Mix condensmilk, coconut and cocoa in a bowl.

Using an an ice scoop (or 2 spoons) form balls and put on a baking tray with baking sheet.

Bake in preheated oven at 160° C for about 15 – 18 minutes. (depending on size)

Leave to cool.

Store in a biscuit tin.
