The second Advent weekend starts. Let’s look at what’s behind the door number 9.
Today is something special:
KOKOSKUPPELN
We love Kokoskuppeln. They are not known everywhere, but so delicious. It takes some time to prepare, but mmmmhhh … soo good. Kokoskuppel are not only baked for christmas.

Adventskalender 2017, Biscuits and Cookies

Portionen: 40 pieces
Zutaten
- 3 egg white
- 150 g sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 150 g desiccated coconut
- waffer sheet
The Cream
- 150 g dark chocolate melted
- 250 g butter softened
- 100 g icing sugar
- some rum
The dip
- 150 g dark chocolate melted
- 1 tsp coconut oil optional
Anleitungen

Cut out round forns. (about 4 cm)

Whisk egg white and salt, add sugar and continue whisking. Fold desiccated coconut in.

Spread the coconut mixture on the waffers.

Bake in preheated oven at 150° C for 15 minutes. (Colour should be still light)
The Cream

Whisk soft butter and icing sugar, add chocolate, rum and mix.

Spread the cream on waffers. Put the "coconut waffer" on the "cream waffer".
Let cool.

Melt the chocolate with coconut oil. Dip the edge in chocolate.
