Chocolate Hazelnut Treats
These cookies melt on the tongue. A mix of chocolate and hazelnuts. Simply irresistible!
I got this recipe years ago from my dear aunt, who unfortunately is no longer with us.
The dough is stirred together very quickly and then it has to cool down. Form ball, put it on a baking tray and put a hazelnut in the middle. Bake and let it cool completely.

Vanilla Crescent Cookies
- 150 g dark chocolate, chopped
- 150 g softened butter
- 150 g icing sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 200 g hazelnuts grated
- whole hazelnuts
Whisk butter, icing sugar and salt.
Add melted chocolate and grated hazelnuts and stir in.
Place in refrigerator for 1 hour or longer.
Roll small balls and put on baking tray with baking paper. Put a whole hazelnut in the middle.
Bake in preheated oven at 160° C for about 13 minutes.
Leave to cool on the baking tray.
