Easy Jam Bundt Cake
Sometimes the simple things are best! That applies for this Easy Jam Bundt Cake.
I had this cake very often in my childhood. And I loved it. It’s a very old recipe.
My mom likes to bake it, because
- it’s done really fast
- no special ingredients needed
- everyone likes it
- it’s always a baking success
- and the large homemade jam stock is used up. 🙂
And that’s partly my reason too. I always have homemade jam that needs to be used up. 😉
As far as I can remember, this cake was also the first I baked all by myself as a kid.
Because the thyme is blooming so beautiful, I used it on the picture! 🙂
